Since 2009 work as enthusiast engineer in IT Billing that configure tariff scheme and working closely with business user to create telco products that solve customer pain point and win revenue. Balance knowledge of various telco and billing system module combine with good soft skill on communication with higher level management open up opportunity in Revenue Assurance team. Which I took on 2011. Now working as team lead in Revenue Assurance team, leading a team of enthusiast young spirited people to help in control and monitor various XL' products end to end. Monitor and maintain daily operational and projects to be always put company business needs in front and assured. Method used including big data analyzation, problem solving and keen business acumen. Experienced include IT Billing migration, Axis acquisition in merging network-billing, create monitoring tools to monitor billion transaction, leakage prevention across revenue stream, also network modernization (LTE rollout and mobile virtualization).
