Lucy Nalumpa is a telecommunications and fintech risk professional with 8+ years' experience in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, and Mobile Money Controls across Zamtel, Airtel Zambia, MTN Zambia, and Liquid Intelligent Technologies. As Head of Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management at Zamtel, she leads revenue leakage prevention, fraud risk management, and mobile money security. She holds a BSc in Computer Science, is a CAFCA-certified AML FinTech Compliance Associate and GRAPA Certified Revenue Assurance Apprentice and an MBA General candidate. Lucyhas successfully led initiatives that recovered millions in lost revenue while strengthening fraud detection, reconciliation, compliance, and revenue assurance controls.
