Mustapha Riahi

Mustapha serves as the Sales Director at Subex, overseeing customer engagement and driving sales initiatives across North and Western Africa, the Levant, and Central Europe. His focus spans AI/ML-based Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management, Partner Ecosystem Development, and Asset Assurance. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mustapha has held key roles in sales, customer engagement, and account management since 2004. Prior to joining Subex in 2021, he worked with two of the world’s top telecom vendors, managing Tier 1 operator accounts across Africa. His strategic leadership and customer-first approach earned him the recognition of Sales Leader of the Year at Subex.
