Chrisna has been with Telco company more than 20+ years with exposure in Revenue Assurance related and most of the time was in the area of Fraud Management ranging from establishing new FM Department and heading various different Departments of Fraud Detection, Fraud Investigation and Fraud Prevention. In his current role, he oversees both Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management for all products and services at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. His responsibilities extend to product and project change assurance, as well as RAFM technology support.
