Elvis Mushaukwa

Elvis Mushaukwa is a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management professional with strong expertise in information systems, project management, and technology driven risk controls. He holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology, enabling him to effectively align technical systems with business and governance objectives.
He currently works at Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited, where he supports revenue protection, fraud monitoring, data analysis, and control optimisation across network and billing environments. His experience includes revenue leakage detection, exception analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting, as well as leadership exposure through an acting senior management role.
With prior experience in banking systems support and IT operations, Elvis brings a solid understanding of end to end system risks and enterprise platforms. He is a member of ICTAZ and ISACA and is recognised for his analytical thinking, practical problem solving approach, and ability to deliver clear, value adding solutions that strengthen controls, compliance, and operational performance
