Eric Ndega

Eric Ndega is a seasoned expert in Revenue Assurance and Business Intelligence (BI), with over a decade of experience driving data-centric transformations across the telecommunications and fintech sectors. He currently serves as Group East Africa Revenue Assurance Specialist and BI at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, where he plays a pivotal role in safeguarding revenue streams, mitigating fraud risks, and implementing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks.

His expertise spans data strategy, analytics, and automation, enabling organizations to unlock revenue opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. Eric has successfully led initiatives such as designing and implementing a group-wide data warehouse that contributed to a 5% increase in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and more than $5.6M in revenue recovery, and he has spearheaded fraud mitigation strategies over the past two years. He is also recognized for developing Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights across HR, OPEX/CAPEX, mapping/technical, and cloud services, empowering executive decision-making.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mount Kenya University and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya. He is certified by the Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association (GRAPA) in Revenue Assurance Management and Overwatch, and also holds certifications in Six Sigma, Scrum Fundamentals, and Data Analytics.

Throughout his career, Eric has demonstrated a strong ability to align data strategy with business goals, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that prevent revenue leakage and optimize financial performance.
