Francesca Mantegna

A Senior Solution Architect at HPE since 2000, she brings over 27 years of software engineering experience in the telecommunications (TELCO) industry. Her current expertise lies in the design, implementation, and integration of Fraud Risk Management solutions for TELCO operators, including MVNO, MVNA, and MVNE. She collaborates closely with customers, TELCO IT teams and Fraud Management Department to develop complex, tailored solutions, with a particular focus on transformation projects. She is involved in all phases of the solution lifecycle, from gathering customer requirements and designing architectural and integration solutions, to defining functional and detailed specifications, leading and coordinating development teams, and overseeing testing, implementation, and maintenance. Her secondary focus includes designing, building, and integrating online charging and billing solutions (both prepaid and postpaid) for TELCO customers, covering mobile and fixed-line operators, as well as MVNOs and MVNEs. She is a certified SCRUM Master and serves as the chief architect of a proprietary HPE converged online charging solution, which is fully integrated with HPE's powerful mediation platform.
