Guglielmo Caruso has been working for the IT Communication Industry since June 1994. In March 2007 he has joined the HP consulting software worldwide division for the Communications & Media Solutions (CMS) group. His current role is the Revenue Intelligence practice Product Manager. within the Communications Technology Group (GTC) business unit. Since 2012, he has been managing the Data Retention product, part now of the same Revenue Intelligence practice that includes industry-leading solutions for revenue leakage control and fraud risk management at every stage of the service lifecycle. Our portfolio includes also Real Time Risk Scoring, and Caller Id Spoofing Shield. He graduated with a master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, married with two sons and lives in Rome.
