Known for her strategic mindset and operational excellence, she has led the implementation of key RAFM systems, built high-performing teams, and driven robust revenue protection strategies. Lyla holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Sciences (HEC Algiers) and a Graduate Diploma in Management (HEC Montréal). Currently pursuing an MBA at IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School, she is passionate about transformation, innovation, and agile leadership.
