Farouq is a subject matter expert when it comes to Fraud management, he is passionate about it, he enjoys navigating fraud space, analyzing, and developing control-business balanced frameworks & culture across the business. He is ambitious about proving fraud as a revenue generating function. He has a master’s degree in business administration specialized in Marketing from Paris Eslsca business school, equipped with 20+ Years of diversified experience in Telecom industry; where he led different functions in Commercial operations, Credit Risk Management, Compliance and Fraud & Investigations. In his recent role he designed & led the Fraud transformation strategy to become a highly digital and business enabling function, embedding technology, and delivering outstanding value of preventions, plus multiple global best practices.
