I have more than 23 years of experience working in the Information and Communications Technology sector, where I started undertaking several tasks in the fields of telecommunications and IT in the Engineering Department of Mobile Core network. Since 2011, I was appointed as Director of fraud management and revenue assurance within Orange Jordan, and since 2015 I had an extra responsibility of directing Compliance and Ethics program as Compliance and Risk Management Director in addition to fraud management and business assurance.
